SHIPPING INFORMATION
For deliveries in Hong Kong:
Studio visits to view pieces of serious interest in person can be arranged with advance notice and communication with me.
Complimentary delivery for orders totalling more than 20,000 HKD. Otherwise, delivery can be organised at current local rates.
Delivery to residences and most places of businesses can usually take place Monday through Friday during normal business hours (excludes public holidays). I can work with you on something beyond that if it’s absolutely necessary.
Most orders ship within 1 week of order confirmation, while larger sized or multiple orders may take slightly longer. Collectors/buyers are welcome to inform me of any urgency.
For non-Hong Kong/international shipments:
FedEx is my preferred international shipping partner. Please contact me if you have an alternative preferred carrier or wish to use your own FedEx account. Actual receipt of order depends on customs clearance in the destination country. (Please note: U.S. customs may require the social security/tax identification number of the recipient before release of goods).
To track an international shipment (non-Hong Kong), please obtain the corresponding FedEx air waybill on http://fedex.com/tracking.
Please allow for a slightly longer shipping time during the holiday seasons, global shipping delay situations, and any applicable public holidays.
Shipping duties & taxes: any applicable duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and may be billed by the carrier at the destination point. If they are billed to the shipper (us), they will be passed on to the collector/buyer for reimbursement.
I assume responsibility for the artwork up to the point of pick up by FedEx or other shipping partner. The collector/buyer is liable for goods that are lost, damaged, or destroyed thereafter.
Customs clearance: depending on a country’s customs clearance requirements, FedEx or other shipping partner may ask the recipient to provide some information and / or fill up the necessary paperwork before clearance of goods. The collector/buyer is responsible for fulfilling those requirements.

United States
Customs may request the tax identification number of the recipient before clearance of goods. FedEx will then promptly deliver cleared shipments to the recipient. Orders will be considered cancelled and returned to Hong Kong should the recipient not be available to accept the delivery after several attempts by FedEx or if the recipient does not provide their tax identification number as requested. Charges will apply to returned shipments for any costs incurred by me.
