HOW WE GATHER OURSELVES TOGETHER II
How do we deal with an onslaught of the plain ol’ bad? Anxiety fizzes up, and once uncorked, insistently keeps going. It feels appropriate to be anxious when there is real doom to contend with; after all, it is a legitimate human reaction to being under attack. Whatever your version is - horrible panic attacks, a cacophonous mind, physical damage that stress brings, loss of sleep, a nervous energy - how do we gather ourselves together to keep going?
Perhaps we try to dissect the chaos, reassemble it, and try to find some sense or new ideas in it, to tide us over.
Part of a series. Displays beautifully in different light settings and is highly textured.
